Been out this morning and decided to go and have a nosey at the new windfarm they are building at Scout Moor above Rossendale. Stopped below one of the turbines, looked up, cacked myself because I was directly below the blades and they were going very fast. Got over the shock and looked back up the mast.

Saw some black streaks running the height of the mast,looked a bit closer and realised they were MTB tyre marks :shock: .
I'm assuming no-ones managed to ride up them vertically but it would still have been no mean feat to ride along them when they were on the ground.
