XTR cranks coming lose!/

For those who have the new XTR crankset - has your left-hand crank arm ever come lose? Mine came lose on the ride home today, even though the bolts etc. were tightened to the correct torque.

    possibly too much grease on the BB axle and maybe some inside the bolt hole. strip it and clean it fully
