I've got a trip to Coed Y Brenin coming up and can't wait, just wanted to find out a bit more about it and what trails would be suitable. I can manage the Red at GT with a little bit of the black thrown in.
So what can I expect? Is it a good centre/good trails, I'll be there for 2 days so will have plenty of time to check it all out

It's pretty good if you pick the right trail, there is a lot of fireroad on some trails (The Beast & Dragon's back)
I'd look at doing the MBR route, 18.4km, 410m of climbing.
