Measure for fork oil etc

What should I use to measure out small quantities of fork oil to pour into the forks? Do you get small measuring tubes for 5cc upwards? If so, where from?

Try the chemists. a syringe?

I've always used pharmacutical syringes also. Kiddies medicine syringes are for 5ml and you can get slightly larger ones on e-bay that go upto about 100ml for buttons. obviously given the discipline these are also very accurate.
