my pro 2's have started squeaking, rear. is this because its got water in or just needs a strip and re-grease? will be stripping them, just need to know what to look out for.

your bearings might need replacing. is your disc catching?"Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

What do you mean disk catching?
I noticed my bike seems to be making a fair bit more noise than it used to, kinda like a scratching noise... It's probably a bearing in the rear hub because if I push my weight onto the saddle (jump kinda) I can make it worse.
Still goes fine though. I noticed my front disk brake is now buckled a little also .Specialized Stumpjumper FSR Elite 2010

Do you jetwash the bike, or use heavy or non water soluble degreasers? It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.0

nope, i use a hose but only just to get it wet, but even then its basically a dribble. im paranoid of screwing up my bearings. gets cleaned with muc off, although i so use white spirit on a toothbrush to clean the cassette and chain.I said hit the brakes not the tree!!
