I'm looking at doing my 1st 100k enduro at the Big Wight event In May.

I've always been pretty fit so I don't think I'll have an issue there, but reading into how to prepare for enduros I've heard about liquid food to keep you going instead of having to stop to take in food, therefore wasting time etc.

Has anyone had experience of the these two, or others that do the same job.
