Sounds good - what's your new bike?0
-
It's a Kona Dawg 06 frame which I got of ebay in excellant condition. Then got it bulit up with hope 2 hubs, dt rims, RS revalation forks, XT shifters, mechs and brakes and race face evolve cranks. I had quick ride on it the other day when I picked it up from LBS and it felt just right for me.0

Sounds sweet 8)0

^ nice, you be careful though :shock:0

Oh i will.
Seriously though, if the weather holds i may get the train from here (Slough) to Reading and ride home along the thames, about 25-30 miles i think, nice gentle pace, stopping at a couple of fine ale establishments along the way, make a day of it. If the weathers poo i'll just go for a quick hour blast.

Anyone been?? Any info would be appreciated.0 -
Nipping out of work early to do the usual off road commute but with the added extras I don't normally have time for.
Its raining so the off camber pine roots should be fun 8)I hate it when people say David Beckham's stupid...its not like anyone ever says: 'Stephen Hawking - he's s**t at football.' Paul Calf0 -
Haven't been out for a while (bloomin' DIY  ) So probably headed up to Queen Elizabeth Country Park for a play on saturday as the weather looks better!Proved by testing to be faster than a badger.
The world's ultimate marmite bike0 -
no where
got a brand new 07 marin attack trail frame if that makes sense, waiting for some wheels from merlins though (hope pro II, mavic xm719) and then i can swap the bits from my on-one inbred over to the marin and then i've already got bits to make the on-one a commuter/pub bike. woohoo can't bloomin wait for these wheels!
i got a bmx though so skateparks are very much an option..... if its dry.0 -

Local woods for a couple of hours tomorrow.
It was so dry and fast last weekend after weeks of mud - hoping it's still that way.0 -
Broken a toe so no riding for me :x
i tried riding yesterday and just dropping off curbs was agony! injuries are no fun, it doesn't even look cool! just like a normal toe thats a bit swollen
my mum suggested i go out and get a job instead.
i didn't dignify it with an answer.I took falling off bikes...and turned it into an art!0 -
Just locally probably 3 hours tomorrow morning and then nothing on Sunday as it's mother's day... got a young daughter and we've got to cook a nice meal. Although I might get out later if I'm good :twisted:0
