warped rotor?

Today I noticed that when I pulled on the break lever, the pads seemed to be bending the rotor, from one pad to the other. Does this mean my rotor is warped? When ever I put my left foot down on the pedal and the right is up its making a scraping noise. What should I do? Should I take it to the shop?
Thanks
Thanks

nope you need to align your caliper correctly.
Unless it is a single sided piston design which do bend the rotors a small amount.

They're cable Shimano 415 brakes. I've got no idea about doing stuff to brakes. Stupid manual tells me about rim brakes, not disc brakes.

Found out what was wrong with it. The rotor is scraping against part of the brake from the outside. Looks like I need to straighten something.

Its all the time, you can see faint scratches on the rotor where its hitting it.
