Chain ring

Pretty new to this so some advice required please.
The middle chain ring on my avalanche2.0 looks like a few teeth have either worn or broken off at the tips, i have only covered around 200 miles so a little surprised, although i have fallen of a few times and have already had to get a new rim! anyway is it an easy job to do or should i let leisurelakes change it when i take it in for its free 6 month service?
also the current ring is a Shimano FC-M311 32t 8 speed should i stick to the same or change for a different? and lastly if i change it is it worth also replacing the chain, i cannot remember the model but think it is IG31?
Sorry about all the questions but you have to gain knowledge somewhere and here seems the best place. :!:

The broken/worn look is all part of the shifting teeth design Shimano use. I was confused about this years ago when I took my2 month old bike in because of the worn c/ring :oops:I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.0
