hey dont be sad.. I am stuck in the office also.. and the worst thing is that where I am sitting has no tely and no sky - I did a 50miler yesterday so am taking it easy today so probably would not have rode anyways.. hopefully tomorrow the weather gods will be shining

argh.. if I cant go out riding I tend to clean my bike.. and if I get bored I clean it again.. hope you get well soon tho dude..

I just had the cat put down – it's certainly a nice afternoon to be out in the garden digging a grave.

for the firs time this year I'm not working on a saturday! however still no riding as am taking a rest day as the girl ha the day off so have so far succeeded in doing not very much and eating a considerable amount.

quite enjoying myself really!

I'm in work until 6 then a 4mile ride home
at least I got to ride a little, to and from work via citylink (sh1t)
