Fancy dress costume THEME princess and pirates

Hi all, Please help i have a fancy dress party and need an ORIGINAL costume idea.It has to be very left of the middle and not a normal run of the mill pirate any ideas???
Im game for any thing but this is a tricky one.

Wear a large black cardboard box and go as a pirate video. Maybe pirates of the carribean 2!

How about a treasure chest:

Fake chest hair with lots of glitter plastic "jewels" etc (obviously if you were brave enough you could get a fake pair of boobs (a la black adder) and do the same??

But I do like the pirate video idea: good one!

Apart from several loo breaks i kept it on all night too even though i cut the arms out wrong and could not quite reach my mouth with a pint so had to drink through a straw to get the extra inches to my gob
oh and had to go through doors sideways
