Just bought a new mountain bike which has disc brakes fitted at the front, was just wondering if they needed any special care as I have no idea about them.

If I got a puncture in front tyre, is it easy to remove the front wheel with these type of brakes, the back one has a quick release but not the front.

Thanks, didn't get an owners mannual with the bike (Halfords) may have to go back and ask for one, just wanted pointing in the right direction, thanks.

no special care needed other than do not apply the lever if the disc is not present.
And keep all lubrication away from the pads and rotors.
