Anybody have any ideas as to how to keep the crank bolt from undoing on my FSA SLK crankset? I have used some loctite, which helps a little, but the bolt still comes loose after only a couple of rides. Is this an inherent problem for these cranks?

Are you using the correct torque?

Sounds more like a torque issue, but for the record there are different strengths of threadlock available.
If the thread and bolt are metal, then perhaps try cleaning them with degreaser such as white spirit before applying threadlock and torquing up.

I assume your problem is on the left side. I have a set of these and they're a nightmare to keep tight. I'll be replacing this year.

This problem has been kicking around various forums for a while. When I fitted mine, I ensured the BB faces were square and faced, I torqued teh bolt up to specification but in addition I added some Loctite Threadlock to the LH crank bolt. I've not had a problem in 18 months of use.
