Disk rotor sizes

I want to upgrade my current set-up (185 front and 160 rear) to 203 front and 185 rear.
I was thinking that if a bought a 203 rotor and mount, could I use the existing 185 rotor and mount on the back, or would I have to use a different mount?

185mm (or any size) Rotor can be used front or rear, but need a new mount for the rear if you currently only have a 160mm mount on the rear!

I *think* they are the same - but not 100% sure,

I think the mounts are front/rear specific, you dont mention what type of brakes your using (mine are juicy 5's) but when i swapped my 185 rotor from front to rear i had to buy a new adaptor, you can get them on chain reaction for around £7 though.
