Morning people - how are ye all?
head is pounding - sunk about 8 stellas last night (way over my limit) and feel like I have 12 dwalves kicking the bejeezus out of my head.... may have to give up the juice again! :oops:

Morning All. I'm feeling pretty good today. Spent last night putting this together:

El Cap - I have a couple of Cane creak semi integrated headsets that I bought from 24/7 as spares - I will measure them and if they fit you can have one (brand new - with star nut etc) - free gratis - they have from recollection a quite shallow cup depth?
EDIT: measure the cup and it's about 10mm (the insert bit - don't know what its called :oops: )- too big for you?0 -

I've just ordered a Cane Creak Z2, which looks from their website like it will fit. Hopefully CRC will get it to me tomorrow morning. If it doesn't fit the NRS, it will fit the XTC and is a whole 5g lighter the the current FSA one!
I just need to sort out the front mech now...0 -
How long have you had that frame? I just dont remember you saying anything about it before0
