Anyone been on Sports Tours (Baxters) Alpes Bike Week?

Anyone been on this? Looks a good alternative to killing your self day after day on a Raid! I've never been to the Alps before so any advice welcome. If you have been on this can you say if its suitable to take a non cycling wife along? It's based in the Hotel Roma in Albertville. Is there enough do when I'm out on the bike all day? How does the hotel measure up? How do the evenings pan out? Any info welcome. Thanks.
