Unfortunatley I had my bikes pinced last week Full sus and Hard tail (See my other postings)
So at the moment I don't have a bike..
Fortunatley when my mates heard about my loss they all offered to lend me their "spare" bikes. (Really nice lads thanks to all of you )
I'm currently using a mates Giant xc hard tail something or other
My question is...
Why the f^*k would anyone use a hard tail all the time??? Lol
My back and arse are killing me!!! Lol
After riding a full sus for quite sometime the enforced change to the hard tail is a real "body blow" After a ride I feel like I've had the sh*t kicked outta me lol!!!
God I hope the insurance pays out (soon) I don't know if I can take this hard tail experience for much longer lol
No slur intended to you hard tail guys but.....Why do you do it?
LOL LOL LOL

It's because we're hard and our buttocks are made of wood, or we have comfy saddles.0

Arrrgh!
Sorry about that, i screamed as i was buried under an avalanche of lols.
Riding a hardtail doesn't hurt, even for long ride, at least not for me.
Good strength building and faster technique improving would be my reason.
Im too tired to add any more witty/useful comments.0 -
since i figured out my sit bones were meant to be on the rear of the saddle where the padding is and getting out of the saddle every now n then to keep the blood flow going my backside has been fine. just came in from a four hour ride and no pain, apart from my legs0
