Headset seating

Hi all

Just had a FSA pig Dh headset fitted to me Identiti Dr Jekyll and whilst i was looking it over today i noticed this





Is that fitted properly? Does it not need to sit flush with the headtube?

No worries sorted now, i found out there not seated properly so will be going back to the shop.
