Hi. I probably should have included this topic in my thread about XC Tights - sorry.
Im now after a long sleeve jersey that i can wear on those cold, dry autumn/winter/spring mornings and days.
Ive got an Altura Altitude Jacket that i bought last year but i tend to get too warm if the sun is shining and it aint too cold so i need a windproof jersey in or around the £35-£45 price range.
I dont want anything too skin tight either :P
Can anyone recommend anything they might use in these sort of conditions.
Thanks
Ian

If you get too hot I've found a gilet to be ideal.Wear it over a thin base layer,,or summer jersey, and it can be unzipped or even taken offand stashed in a pack if you get too hot.
I have a cheap £18 one from Decathlon, and it s proven to be a very versatile and invaluable bit of kit.2006 Giant XTC

Gore Phantom N2S is the best jersey/jacket you'll ever buy. They retail at 90 but you can pick them up for 55 (slightly more than your budget but well worth it). They are made of windstopper and have zip off sleeves, so best of both worlds!0

Just found this on wiggle - Endura Frontline Base Layer.
What do you reckon to wearing the above with a s/s jersey for dry winter days.
I went out on a ride this morning with just my arm warmers on with a s/s jersey a felt fairly warm, maybe a bit cold around the top have of my upper body so i though one of these would be ideal.0
