Loose bearings on Ksyrium/Ksyrium ES

I have a pair of Ksyrium ES, which are great, aside from the fact that the rear bearings consistently work loose after about three hours of riding.
I adjust them, they come loose, I adjust them etc etc.
To be fair, I'm getting a bit cheesed off with it.
Anyone else experienced this, and any tips about how to fix it?
