mixing cleaning fluids

What does everyone here think of mixing their cleaner fluids together to get a stronger more dirt corrosive product? I've mixed Formula Fs-10 and Fs-1 to create the ultimate grease melter leaving my bike's components shiney and working like new, although I wouldn't advise it on painted bike frames (mines a sandblasted one) . But now my LBs for some reason don't stock the bottled fs-1 and i'm wondering , what would be the next best equivilent to this powerful degreaser?

I am sure mixing these will come to no harm, but in best is is to be avoided incase there are reactions with the chemicals.0

While you won't be doing any harm, I doubt your getting any benifits from mixing different cleaning fluids and it almost definitly won't increase the dirt removal power by doing so.
Personaly I think those cleaning fluids are a rip off and you would do a just as well with a squirt of washing up liquid in a bowl of warm water. Just make sure you rinse it off properly so it doesn't streak and mabey use some car wax to make it shine.- We roll tonight to the guitar bite, and for those about to rock I salute you - AC/DC0 -
FS-1 and FS-10 are the same - just that FS-1 is intended to be diluted, FS-10 is sold as ready mixed.
You might as well just use FS-1 in a stronger concentration than recommended.
