I note you are Newcastle based.......

Although any "good" LBS should stock these there is one in particular that I am aware of in your area(ish).........

    Edinburgh Bicycle Co-operative
    5 - 7 Union Road
    Byker
    Newcastle-upon-Tyne
    NE6 1EH
    Tel: 0191 265 8619
    Fax: 0191 265 4072

    Open 7 days a week
    Winter Hours (1 October - 31 March)
10.00am till 6.00pm every day except
    10.00am till 7.00pm on Thursday

These list Nokon cables as stock for gears, brakes, and with an extension set for longer runs.

  • I beg to differ Nick... but they're not nokon... they're very similar admittedly...

    They're the alligator i-link system...

Thats a very uncanny similarity, i wonder what the copyright depts of the 2 companies think???

If ur looking for sealed cables can i throw Flying Snakes cables into the mix? ive been using a set for nearly 6 months and my gears are still as silky smooth now as when i fitted them originally.

£22.99 from Evans if memory serves me correct.
