Any routes around Barnstaple, Bideford & Westward Ho!?

Just been placed on a construction site in Westward Ho for the next three/four months. I would like to ride the local trails but have no idea where they are. If anyone knows a good bike shop which could point me in the right direction, it would be handy.

    Hi I live in Bideford. There are one or two resonanble loops to do in the area. Theres a bike shop in Braunton about 15 miles from Bideford. They usualy ride on a Saturday morning from Braunton about 15 - 30 miles. However there Saturday morning rides have sort of died only kept going by my little brother at the moment who's about to go to uni. Dartmoor and Exmoor are also fairly close if you got a day free for some good long rides and the Quantocks is about 2 hours away for some awsome single track :D.
