What to expect in Ruthin Merida Marathon

Hi all.
this is my first 100k marathon and I am trying to get suitable tyres and fine tune my training for it. Is there a lot of fire rd or dryer track versus mud or will it be a mud fest like everywhere else this wet summer. Am i looking for all rounder tyres with an emphasis on mud or on stonier/dryer/tarmac ground.
If anyone could either give a rough breakdown of the general route types( amount of rd / fire rd / single track etc. ) of 2006 I'd really appreciate it. :?:
