I bought my Santa Cruz Chameleon off ebay a couple of months ago.
Since then I have added bar ends, Ay Up lights, Crudcatchers and a Rohloff rear hub.
Here it is leaning on a lock gate on my way to work.

Dunker: I'm assured carbon bars are fine with lock-on grips provided you don't over-tighten them, and the Ritcheys are internally reinforced, so I should be ok.2007 Trek 8500:

Hey peeps!
Newbie here! thought i would join in and post up my bike!
its a bit work in progress at the mo as transfered all the gear over from my old frame and eventually will replace the heavier bits with some nicer lightweight gear but at the mo cant justify the expence as all the bits i want to replace work faultlessly!! (mainly the forks as they are a smidge heavy! )
noyt half as impressive as some of the bikes posted here though! jelous!!!![/img]Timmo.

My newest acquisition is my GT Idrive XC3.0:
Has a Tora 302 Uturn (was air, but I blew the cart!), SRAM X9, Avid discs, Fox Float R, Easton monkey bars and shimano hubs on WTB rims. Not bad for 250 quid!0 -

From a mate on another forum! Had a manitou black originally, and SPDs: the only changes I made were the fork and pedals.0

Interesting to see how many of you have "normal" pedals.
I've been blasted in the past for putting V8s on both our hardtails!
First thing I did to the new Rockhopper was ditch the Fisher Price pedals and stick V8s on them, and I made my LBS take off the SPDs that came with the Stumpy with V8s in their place.0 -
I agree! Could never ride without SPD type pedals! Ok, I guess for freeriding it's ok, but for everything else it must make it so much harder!2011 Yeti ASR5 carbon: http://www.pinkbike.com/photo/5817307/

Errrrm - I'm keener on flat pedals (possiblymy post wasnt very clear?!)! I had SPDs on my old Stumpy for ages and got sick of them after two years of persistence.
So it's now DMR V8s all round!0
