XC Beginner.

Hi all,
Could anyone advise how I could enter XC events in the North West of England, i.e where to look for upcoming events and how to register.

    Thanks for the reply. I have tried xcracer but can't find any upcoming races in or near my area.Are their any members who live in Lanc's who race in and around this area?

    I don't race around there, but Leisure Lakes used to organise a series around Preston. Give them a ring, alternatively ask at your local bike shop - usually a mine of information :)

    Hi Warlock,

    There isn't a huge amount round here, you have to be willing to travel.

    There is an event going on in Grizedale Forest on September 16th which promises to ge a great day. It's a 30km race (or ride if thats what you want) on one continuous loop throughout the forest.
