So what's deal? Are they worth it or is it just the manufacturers getting me to buy another bike to add the collection?
The On-One review looked pretty good, and I'm torn between something 'normal' like a Specialized Stumpjumper HT, or something a bit different such as a 29er?
Anyone out there riding a 29er?

I've got a Gary Fisher Rig (29er singlespeed)
It rides really nice.
It's alot less harsh than a "normal" hardtail, and rolls really well.
It is no sprinter, but that's not what it's for.
I like mine a lot and definately think one with gears would be even nicer.

Depends how tall you are though as to how suitable a 29er will be for you.
Over 5'11" and you will fit one fine.0
