This weekend 14/15th is the Chopwell forest festival so cycling access is limited as is parking .
All routes in chopwell are still open but best accesed by riding into the wood from the lintzford entance.
on a brighter note the new Bike shop just at the entrance of the wood is open and will be opening late on tuesdays to cater for evening riders .
good point is the shop is also a small tea room with a selection of teas and coffees for the weary biker .
do call in and have a gander and a cuppa when you in the woods.

Excellent, didn't know there was a new bike shop opening. Wonder why they have decided to open late on a Tuesday???
