Shimano Saint Disc Brake

Ive got a set of saints on my MTB the front one works amazingly well but i have a problem with the rear one after about 3 hours of riding it stops working.I have to clean the pads after almost every ride which is annoying as recently ive only ever been riding street so no mud etc is getting in there. From what it looks like the caliper appears to be having problems removing brake dust from the caliper and it just builds up a bigger and bigger layer of brake dust on the pads until it stops working.
any ideas whats wrong?or how to solve said problem?

manybe a different pad compound.
what are you using now?"Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
