The ban on flying the Union Jack has been scrapped .
Can we fly the flag on our houses and gardens just like the Americans can.?
Or is it just on office buildings?

So if you can, will you be flying it?

I seem to remember that if the flagpole/flag is over a certain size Local Authority permission is required ( St George for me anyway  ).

Yanks are kinky about their flags. Unless you've retired from the Regiment, there's no need for an Englishman to fly one. We all know you're a Brit and proud to be part of the greatest Empire the world has ever seen! God save Her Majesty Victoria Regina! Bally good show, wotwot?
