Anyone from Stockwell riding in the cyclosportif?

Im staying at a friend of a friends house this Saturday night before the race in Stockwell. The route finder tells me its 7 miles away from the start in Greenwich. Should I cycle this 7 miles before the 120 or is that a bad idea considering I haven't done much more than 80 in the past.

If anyone lives in the area who is racing at 6 a lift would be much appreciated. :)

    I will be cycling it from Leytonstone which is 10 miles.

    I think I'll cycle it too. I dont fancy paying an arm and a leg for a taxi
