MTB newbie saying hello.

Postby damors » Wed Sep 26, 2007 20:12 pm

Hello all. I'm a complete novice to this biking lark. 4 weeks ago I was a 30 a day smoker. Fed up with it I packed in and bought a mountain bike, a decathlon rockrider 6.3. Had a good report in MBUK and not knowing anything about bikes I took the advice. Very happy with it and now hooked. Anyway thought I'd say hello.

I have stopped previously, 2, 2 year stints. Thing is though I piled on 3 and a half stone. Of course I lost it all agin when I started again. This time I want to keep it off and get fit.
