Don't you have a bunch of the planet x ones they mis-priced a year ago?
That, with the inner pouch looks like a good improvement though, tempted.

Hey wb, nope I recall them being posted up, but never tried to order any.

Nothing terribly exciting, but all from Amazon...
2x KMC chains (X11s arrived rather than 11.93s for the £14.30 price per chain, from the bargains thread post this week https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00NZ6AYUM
1x B01S pair of disc pads for Voodoo £4.90 https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00GEDASDQ
1x Coospo ANT+/BLE non-magnetic speed or cadence sensor ~£16 https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07D4JGTC2

Of course, I forgot all about the 6% Quidco "sporting goods" cashback until seconds after confirming order!

Castelli Raddoppia Jacket in Small, in this rather fetching yellow colour.
Circa £90, versus the £200 rrp.

Think there were mixed reviews of the first version, but they generally seem favourable across multiple sites for this version.

Intrigued by the short visor and integrated bug net, after narrowly avoiding a stung scalp on the gravel bike the other day...will see what it looks like in the flesh, but already thinking I might have preferred it in white...

A new R60 6800BB as I'm getting a click from that area and can feel it when I pedal. It might just be the crank needs loosening and reseating but the BB could be 2 years old so due for retirement.

That Raddoppia jacket is LUSH, and luckily for me, IS small for a Castelli, and not very stretchy, but fits really well in the body, although sleeves are a little more generous than I need.

Still room for a base layer or jersey underneath - very pleased with it, hopefully won't get an outing for 6 months........

I bought my Alpha jacket in Westbrook's sale in April last year. Managed one drizzly ride before the weather became too warm for it. I was almost hoping for an early autumn so I could give it a proper try out....

I have an Alpha jersey which is superb - and also an Espresso of some description, might be a 3, but that one has not been worn yet, and may get sold, as I now have my shakedry which will fit over the top of whatever clothing I happen to have on.

How much was the jacket out of interest?

Just bought this from Merlin - too slow and missed the yellow ones, but this might be for the commuter to save the Arione cav edition:

I paid £130 for my Alpha jacket. Very happy with it; pretty versatile depending on choice of baselayer.

That's a very decent price - think I bought one way back when from the then Castelli Cafe for £100, but they inadvertently sent me one that had been used and returned - and it was fairly obvious but had clearly been missed :?
They were very good about it, covered the cost of the return and refunded me with no quibble, but had no more in stock in that size, so the Alpha jacket idea was abandoned - I also don't like any of their subsequent colourways - shallow I know :D

Surely those signs of wear would have ceased to be apparent after a few uses? You should have asked them for a discount...

Yes probably, but I'm a fussy bugger, and the bit that put me off most, beyond the piling, was that it had clearly had something like the remnants of a gel (or maybe something else  ) dropped down the front.
The person checking returns that day clearly did not!

Delivered today but way too big in Medium for me, so going back to Wiggle. Haven't tried Mavic helmets before but felt really wide fitting. Shame as the bug net arrangement and overall quality seemed really good for a touch over £60...

Some of the rudy projects I have owned in the past come with a bug net. Though can't you just go cap or go all Pantaniesque with a bandana under the helmet?

Some of the caps are really thin these days.

lol, it's not that bad, I have sold a load of green stuff in recent months, although a couple of Castelli Cannondale items, including a Gabba have curvived the cull.
I do have a reasonable collection of arm warmers and knee warmers though, like to have a few different materials and insulation variations to choose from before going on a ride.

I've moved even more over to black & yellow now (What I deed nice tones of green are fairly rare in cycle clothing), and alas red and white have no place on any of my bikes - well aside from my Langster, but I may be selling that anyway.
